利用規約

1. 同意 / Acceptance of Terms

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「Pital: Tag Binder」（以下「本アプリ」）が提供するサブスクリプションサービスを含むすべてのサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

By downloading or using "Pital: Tag Binder" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (EULA).

2. サブスクリプション（定期購読）について / Subscriptions

本アプリは、追加機能を利用するための自動更新サブスクリプションを提供しています。

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features.

• 課金 (Billing): 購入が確定した時点で、ユーザーの Apple ID アカウントに請求されます。

  Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• 自動更新 (Auto-Renewal): サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する少なくとも 24 時間前に自動更新を解除しない限り、自動的に更新されます。

  Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• 更新の請求 (Renewal Charge): 現在の期間が終了する前の 24 時間以内に、アカウントに更新料が請求されます。

  Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• 解約と管理 (Managing Subscriptions): ユーザーは購入後、App Store のアカウント設定からサブスクリプションの管理および自動更新の解除を行うことができます。

  You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3. 免責事項 / Disclaimer

本アプリの利用により生じた損害やデータの消失について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。

The developer shall not be liable for any damages or data loss resulting from the use of the App.
